Précurseur en bâtiments Passivhaus et à Energie Positive La société Solares Bauen sàrl, créée en 2005 à Strasbourg est associée à Solares Bauen GmbH, bureau d'étude situé à Fribourg en Allemagne crée en 1999 par d'anciens chercheurs du Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme Les liens entre les deux bureaux d'étude français et allemand sont restés très forts aujourd'hui. L'expérience allemande nous permet de bénéficier d'un savoir-faire pointu, en termes de bâtiments passifs notamment, et de proposer des services de très haut niveau de performance, tant en conception, en simulation, qu'en réalisation. Nous avons développé des expertises pointues dans la conception de : - Bâtiments BEPOS : Bâtiments à énergie positive - Bâtiments passifs 'Passivhaus' : bâtiments dont les besoin en chauffage sont inférieurs à 15 KWh (m²/an) selon la méthode PHPP - Bâtiments certifiés HQE ( Haute Qualité Environnementale) - Bâtiments utilisant les énergies renouvelables, le solaire thermique, le photovoltaïque, le chauffage au bois, la géothermie et la cogénération à partir de biomasse.
