We are a cooperative consulting firm specializing in evaluation, research, and systems change for social justice and civil rights. We uncover how and why efforts for change are working well, and when and where they are not. We develop innovative solutions that help schools, communities, non-profit organizations, businesses, and local governments overcome barriers to change. Our mission is to weave connections and support change at the intersection of learning, arts, and social justice.

COPAL MN

COPAL, Comunidades Organizando el Poder y la Acción Latina, is a member-based organization established in 2018 to improve the quality of life of Latine families. Over the past six years, COPAL has evolved to become a well-known, grassroots power-building, and visionary transnational organization.

enFocus Inc

enFocus is a nonprofit dedicated to building better communities through talent attraction, innovation and entrepreneurship. We bring an “entrepreneurial focus” to communities employing recent graduates to work on innovation projects through internships or two-year Fellowships. Fellows address our communities’ challenges by working with sponsor organizations and also receive dedicated time to pursue their own entrepreneurial or social ventures. Fellows have access to an involved network of mentors and professional development opportunities.

Girl Scouts bring their dreams to life and work together to build a better world. Through programs throughout, Girl Scouts of all backgrounds and abilities can be unapologetically themselves as they discover their strengths and rise to meet new challenges—whether they want to climb to the top of a tree or the top of their class, lace up their boots for a hike or advocate for climate justice, or make their first best friends. Backed by trusted adult volunteers, mentors, and millions of alums, Girl Scouts lead the way as they find their voices and make changes that affect the issues most important to them.

Partnership for Southern Equity

As metropolitan Atlanta and the American South undergo major demographic and economic shifts Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) works to address issues of growth and access because of the disproportionate burdens they impose on vulnerable communities. PSE is leading the way in helping to change and frame policy conversations by partnering with decision makers and community stakeholders to realize equitable policies and outcomes that benefit everyone. Through the leadership of PSE and its partners thoughtful conversations have evolved into collective action because PSE understands the critical need to articulate and promote equity as the superior growth model when broaching these issues to local organizations, community and business leaders, governmental entities and regional organizations.
