Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) is proud to provide inpatient, community and specialist mental health care for over 71,000 people across Birmingham and Solihull and the West Midlands. Our services include rehabilitation, addiction, secure care, home treatment, assertive outreach, early intervention, place of safety and wellbeing. We also manage the delivery of mental health care in HMP Birmingham. With 5,300 staff working across 40 sites - and serving a culturally and socially diverse population of 1.3 million people – we are one of the biggest and most complex mental health trusts in the country.

VKB United

VKB united Breda is ontstaan uit een samenwerking tussen maatschap orthopedie van het Amphia en Bergman clinics Breda. Daarnaast aangevuld met fysiotherapeuten met expertise in VKB revalidatie. Doel is dat alle patiënten met knieband letsels de best mogelijke chirurgische en fysiotherapeutische behandeling aangeboden krijgt. Aanvankelijk richten we ons op letsels van de voorste kruisband. In de toekomst hopen we andere en geassocieerde letsels van de knie een plaats te geven in onze nascholing en behandelprotocollen.

Dagbesteding Beidehand® kunstatelier

Een dagbesteding kunstatelier voor mensen met licht (verstandelijke) beperking, dementie of in sociaal isolement, die affiniteit met kunst/creativiteit hebben. Het wordt een plek waar mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen en ontplooien en daardoor meer levensvreugde en eigenwaarde krijgen.

Care Forward

Care Forward is een interculturele zorgaanbieder. Wij bieden ambulante ondersteuning aan volwassenen en jeugdigen met een migratieachtergrond. Ons team bestaat uit zorgprofessionals die naast de Nederlandse taal nog een andere taal of talen beheersen. Zo wordt er binnen ons team o.a. Arabisch, Koerdisch, Tigrinya, Farsi en Somalisch gesproken. Het spreken van de eigen taal zetten wij in als hulpmiddel in de begeleiding. Persoonlijke aandacht staat bij ons voorop. Onze zorgprofessionals weten door hun achtergrond en expertise hoe zij een vertrouwensband op kunnen bouwen met mensen waarbij er sprake is van een migratieachtergrond. Hierbij kan het gaan om mensen die nog maar relatief kort in Nederland zijn, maar ook om mensen/gezinnen die al langer in Nederland wonen. Er wordt cultuursensitief gewerkt. Onze zorgprofessionals hebben een brede ervaring met de doelgroep en kunnen op een respectvolle wijze omgaan met cultuurverschillen en taalbarrières.
