Iron Horse Golf Club

Iron Horse is a private golf club nestled in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. Just minutes away is Glacier National Park, world-class downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort, water recreation on Whitefish Lake, and Glacier Park International airport. Memberships are available with or without the purchase of property and offer an unrivaled way to experience the grandeur of Big Sky Country. Many facilities at Iron Horse were renovated in 2009 to better serve our members. In addition to 2009 renovations, the members of Iron Horse voted to refurbish some of the facilities in 2018 and voted again to update the lower level of the Clubhouse in 2019. Included in the refurbish plans: covered patio kitchen, new expanded pool deck, Clubhouse main floor and bathroom remodel, and Clubhouse interior design updates (fixtures, furniture, carpet, tile, etc.), reimagined locker rooms and spa facilities. The Clubhouse boasts an exceptionally merchandised pro shop, fully-equipped fitness center, and Men's and Ladies' Locker Rooms with private massage rooms. Upstairs is our beautiful carved wood bar and extraordinary fine dining in the restaurant. In addition, the Club includes two outdoor swimming pools, four outdoor tennis courts, and a marina on Whitefish Lake. Our Fish Camp Lodge is home to our Outdoor Pursuits and Kids' Camp programs as well as group fitness classes. It also serves as a great gathering place for private events for members, from business meetings to summer cocktail parties. We want your experience at Iron Horse to be one of relaxation and enjoyment. Our member services team is available to arrange lodging, spa and dining reservations, purchase groceries prior to your arrival, and help plan your complete itinerary. MRBTA honours the traditional owners of this land, the Wadandi (Saltwater) people, and their elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge the Wadandi people's 60,000-year custodianship of this special place, and we thank the them for generously sharing with us their immensely deep cultural knowledge and connection to the land. Our diverse team of over 100 employees is spread across the precious patch of earth between Busselton and Augusta. We share a common passion for the region and we are driven by a vision to produce outcomes from tourism which make it a better place to live, work and visit. Our vision is supported by a unique organisational structure which allows us to perform the functions of both: - Australia's largest Local Tourism Organisation (LTO): Acting on behalf of over 650 members, whilst providing marketing, visitor servicing and experience development to support the success of local tourism businesses. - Capes Foundation: A division of MRBTA that undertakes conservation & restoration, provides education & interpretation, and encourages enjoyment and appreciation of nature and heritage. Capes Foundation operates four caves, two lighthouses, an adventure ropes course, and cares for birds of prey at Eagles Heritage. The division also operates ground handling at Busselton Airport. MRBTA is governed by a Board of Directors and an independent Chair.
