We're QFactorial, a boutique Quality Consultancy based in Hampshire, on the South coast of England.
We help SMEs and startups in the science, technology, and sustainability sectors gain and retain ISO certification & UKAS accreditation, and develop their sustainability strategies.

We'll help you create management systems for your business, handling everything from documentation (policies and procedures, etc.) through process optimization, implementation and audits. We'll also help you maintain and improve upon these systems. In a fast-moving and fickle industry, we're proud of our many long-standing client relationships.
We've updated a once arduous process, chucking out complex models and outdated templates, banishing excessive paperwork, and vetoing expensive software in favour of a bespoke approach that sees our clients receive, and pay for, the service they need - and nothing else.
Something else we've disrupted is the traditional view of the Quality Consultant as a boring, jargon spouting box-ticker, shrouded in a corporate cape. We know our onions, but we're also friendly and approachable, offering advice that's easy to understand and act upon. We're also a fun bunch to work with, though never at the expense of a job well done.
A family business, established in 2013, we're proud to manage a nationwide network of highly experienced associate consultants, who straddle a broad range of standards, sectors, and specialisms. Our consultants also boast (though don't brag about) an impressive roster of professional qualifications and chartered memberships, a mark of assurance that - with us - quality counts.
