iMentor

iMentor builds mentoring relationships that empower students to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. Since 1999, iMentor has connected more than 30,000 students with mentors. In the next 5 years, iMentor will scale to serve even more mentor-mentee pairs. In New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, and the San Francisco Bay area, iMentor partners with public schools to ensure every student in the schools receives a mentor. Across the country, iMentor provides nonprofit partners the tools to run their own high-impact programs in the iMentor model. This includes a technology platform, a research-based curriculum, and program analysis tools. iMentor has been recognized through funding by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Lumina Foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and the Robin Hood Foundation, and is a subgrantee of the federal Social Innovation Fund. iMentor is one of the most innovative and quickly growing organizations of its kind in the country. The Jed Foundation (JED)

What We Do: The Jed Foundation (JED) is a nonprofit that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for our nation’s teens and young adults. How We Do It: Our evidence-based, comprehensive public health approach equips teens and young adults with the skills and knowledge to help themselves and each other, strengthens schools’ mental health and suicide prevention policies, programs and systems, and mobilizes community awareness, understanding, and action. Vision: JED is building a future where every high school, college, and community has a comprehensive, fair, and just system that protects emotional health and prevents suicide among teens and young adults.

ACP connects Veterans and Spouses with business leaders from hundreds of America's top companies for free, yearlong mentorships. 30,000+ Veterans and Spouses have successfully completed the ACP program.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity and the first cleft-focused organization with a true model of sustainability. Smile Train empowers local medical professionals with training, funding, and resources to provide free cleft surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children globally. We advance a sustainable solution and scalable global health model for cleft treatment, drastically improving children's lives, including their ability to eat, breathe, and speak. Beyond surgery, our local partners also provide speech therapy, psychological support, nutritional services, orthodontics, and other essential forms of care to ensure that children with clefts have everything they need to not just live, but thrive. Our sustainable model makes us more efficient and effective than mission-based organizations, as Smile Train’s patients can receive care 365 days a year. In the last 21 years, we have supported safe and quality cleft care for 1.5+ million children across 90+ countries, and with the generous support of our donors, our work will continue until every child with a cleft has access to the high-quality care they need.
