Global Intercultural Services (GLINTS)

Faith based consulting firm coaching professionals preparing for cross-cultural work assignments outside the United States, for cross-cultural marriages and family relationships, for multicultural office teams, for second-generation and TCK issues. We use the Golden Personality Profiler, IDI, APEST and StrengthsFinder tests results. Our vision is to see the acceleration of the global advance of the Gospel, accomplished in three ways: rapid deployment of global staff, building capacity in partner ministries worldwide and equipping the local church to send their own to mission fields across the globe. Assessment of ministry candidates, evaluating for cross-cultural competency and equipping for resiliency comprise the main focus of the founders, Levi & Diane Velasco. GLINTS is also uniquely positioned to participate directly in the US and international response to natural disasters around the world, sending volunteers and financial assistance through established global partners, as well as vetted local ministries. GLINTS is involved through its global staff and global partners in anti-human trafficking, biblical education and leadership development, radio outreach and print publication, ministry to children-at-risk and those traumatized by war, displacement and natural disasters, and more.

Illini 4000

Illini 4000 is an entirely student-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based out of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Every summer, the organization sends a group of students on a cross-country charity bicycle ride to raise money for cancer research and patient support services, spread hope and awareness for the fight against cancer, and interview those affected, collecting these interviews -called Portraits- into the Portraits Project. Mission Statement: "The Illini 4000 is a non-profit organization dedicated to documenting the American cancer experience, raising funds for cancer research and patient support services, as well as spreading awareness for the fight against cancer through annual cross-country bike rides." In its eighth year, Illini 4000's past beneficiaries include the American Cancer Society, Camp Kesem- Illinois, the Livestrong Foundation, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation, among others.

Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Assoc. (MMBA)

The Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) is one of the largest and proactive mortgage associations throughout the country. We attempt to make available comprehensive member services to our over 300 corporate members. In addition, we have a regional perspective as the New England Mortgage Bankers Conference (September 30 – October 2, 2009 in Providence, RI) continues to be the second largest gathering in the country for real estate finance. The MMBA strives to provide the most up to date technological implementations, membership wide marketing and communications, partnership with our corporate affiliates, collaboration within the industry, with our legislators and regulators, and with our sister organizations and regional MBAs. We hope to identify and educate mortgage professionals on cutting edge lending products and services. We hope to provide a marketplace for you to market your goods and services to buyers within the industry. And - we hope to have a little fun in the process!! Education Programs: The MMBA provides education and training. This includes all areas of mortgage training including emerging trends, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, ethics and related skills for all levels of employees. The MMBA, through its programs, strives to provide training and networking opportunities that reflect the high standards of ethics and quality espoused by the association's Code of Ethics.

Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation

Neighborhood Recovery Community Development Corporation (NRCDC) revitalizes communities from a holistic approach. Our work encourages economic development and investment, effectively provides and encourages the development of housing for persons of low and moderate income, and works with other private and public entities. NRCDC is a community development corporation operating city wide but has served the Third Ward since 1992.
