Roaming Buffalo BBQ

Chef Coy, originally from Plainview, Texas, takes great pride in the Bar-B-Que that he prepares and his wife, Rachael, loves serving it! All of his meats are smoked low and slow using pecan and oak. The menu features Colorado meats of Bison Back Ribs, Lamb Shoulder and Shanks in addition to Beef Brisket, Chopped Pork, Turkey, Wings, as well as Venison Sausage and Bison Green Chile & Cheddar Sausage that is prepared in-house. The homemade classic or spicy sauce is served on the side, a wonderful compliment but not required for the tasty, smoked meats. Be sure to try the Smoked Poblano Cheddar Mac and the Cilantro Lime Cole Slaw. Don't miss the Daily Specials including Brisket Tacos, BBQ Tamales, Burnt Ends & $3 BBQ Sammies on the Weekends. Top off your meal with some delicious Caramelized Banana Pudding or Bourbon Carmel Corn Puffs. They are open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am until they sell out. Watering Bowl

We have taken our love for dogs to a whole new level! Creating a fun family friendly tavern that caters to your best friend. Complete with 7,000 sq. ft. of fully fenced private dog park. ​In addition to the dog park we offer two fully stocked bars, with a huge selection of domestic beers, craft beers, and two patios that seat man's best friend. Watering Bowl is Denver's first dog friendly tavern. If you love your dog, and love taking them with you everywhere, this is the place for you. Not only do we have great food, great drinks and great pets, we strive to make every minute you spend with us spectacular.

Fat Shack

The Fat Shack® was created in February of 2010 by Tom Armenti. With only $5,000 on hand to start the business, Tom creatively partnered with a local bagel shop which opened daily for breakfast and closed after lunch. Once the bagel shop's staff left for the day, Tom would re-open the store and operate his new late night restaurant from 6PM to 4AM. The business steadily grew over the next year, but the strain of sharing the space became more and more difficult. It was time to build out the first full Fat Shack store. After visiting family in Northern Colorado, Tom knew that a town like Fort Collins was the perfect place to set up shop. He returned to Jersey, packed his car, moved halfway across the country and opened the doors to Fat Shack Fort Collins in August 2011. In its first year, the volume of business in Fort Collins more than doubled what Tom had been able to produce in the bagel shop back in Jersey. Recognizing the opportunity to expand into cities throughout Colorado and beyond, Tom knew he couldn’t do it alone. The answer was back in Jersey with college classmate and close friend, Kevin Gabauer. Leaving the salary and benefits from a career in corporate America behind, Kevin packed up and made his way to Colorado. Kevin and Tom got to work immediately re-organizing the menu, refreshing the company’s brand and simplifying operations. Within six months, Fat Shack opened another location On the Hill in Boulder. With proof of concept now behind them, Kevin and Tom positioned the Fat Shack for franchising. In February of 2015, Fat Shack celebrated the grand opening of its first franchise in Denver at DU. Fat Shack now has 27 locations throughout the United States. We have come a long way since the days of hauling carloads of french fries and chicken fingers from the garage to the bagel store - but we will never forget the “whatever it takes” attitude that made Fat Shack what it is today.
