With a history stretching back to the 1980s, Evans Shims & Gaskets have always manufactured to the highest standards, supplying gaskets, shims, insulating materials, RFI shields and much, much more to numerous industries within the UK and internationally for over 30 years.
The core of our business still consists of cutting and creasing intricate shapes from drawings or samples using a huge variety of materials, ranging from polyesters to corks, rubbers and traditional gasket papers.
ESG are focused on constantly and consistently evolving with the development of advanced and specialised materials, we routinely cut thicknesses as thin as 5 microns and are heavily involved with the supply and manufacture of components to OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers.
Future manufacturing now requires more efficient, cost effective, and safer materials to construct the components of tomorrow, that's why ESG are experts in the manufacture of parts for:
