Bariba Corporation was founded in 1985 by a group of experienced shipping professionals led by the late Petros Vettas, whose expertise includes the fertilizer industry, shipping logistics, ship management, operation and chartering. It operates from Athens, Greece and possesses particular expertise in the carriage and distribution of bulk materials, in mainly Panamax, Supramax and Handysize dry bulk vessels.

Our managed fleets over the years were equally split between third party tonnage under management and in house management of vessels acquired by our shareholders as long-term investments.
