Crossroads of Michigan

Crossroads is a social service outreach agency with two locations in Detroit. Founded in 1971, Crossroads exists to support the community at large by providing emergency assistance, advocacy, and counseling to anyone in need. Acting in partnership with many other agencies, parishes, hospitals, companies and organizations in the metro area, Crossroads offers assistance in the form of a hand-up. We work with our clients to meet their immediate needs and help them assess their situations to lessen the likelihood of future problems. Our efforts are funded by foundations, individuals, and friends who are committed to bringing hope to those living on the edge of despair.

Lourdesmont Youth and Family Services

Serving children, teens and families in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1889, Lourdesmont Youth and Family Services is committed to helping those who are feeling most vulnerable, frightened and alienated trying to cope with life crises. Lourdesmont is owned and operated by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd, an international community of religiously committed women who draw upon a rich 350-year tradition of providing affirmation to the individual troubled or lost in society. Guided and animated by our core values of mercy, reconciliation, individual worth and zeal, together with those we serve, we find new approaches to living successfully in today's world. Entirely community-based, with services delivered in neighborhoods, in schools, and in homes, Lourdesmont is a nonprofit agency that empowers Northeastern Pennsylvania individuals and families to reach their full potential through therapeutic behavioral health, 24-hour, on-call services. Psycho-social-educational intervention is offered through treatment and outreach programs for children, youth and families that present emotional, social, and/or behavioral concerns. Lourdesmont is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation. Lourdesmont is also licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and Multisystemic Therapy Services, Inc.

Community Addiction Services of Niagara

Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CAS-N) was established to provide access to relevant treatment resources for individuals and their families living in the Niagara Region with alcohol, drug and gambling addiction concerns. This goal is accomplished by: 1.Making the addiction treatment network accessible to the general population 2.Facilitating a match between client needs and available treatment resources through assessment and an individualized treatment plan 3.Making referrals to the continuum of addiction services (agency-provided and external) as well as to other community programs and services 4.Providing on-going support and guidance through case management and follow-up services Community Addiction Services of Niagara is committed to excellence and collaboration in the provision of a comprehensive client-centred community based service for individuals and families with addiction concerns. Our Core Services include: Assessment, Referral, Community Counselling, Family Treament, Early Treatment, Day Treatment and After Care Our Programs include: Addictions Supportive Housing, Panic Anxiety Disorder Group, StreetWorks, School-based Programs, Adult Custody Facilities, Youth Secure-Custody Facility, 'Back on Track' Program, Freshstart Program, and Ontario Works
