The Community Reporter is a free publication distributed to approximately 9 500 households in the West End of downtown st. paul and southwest highland (fort snelling) neighbourhoods as well as 2 500 additional copies distributed through businesses and organizations throughout the circulation area. The Community Reporter is a nonprofit newspaper published and governed by a tax-exempt society of community volunteers.
