We work with you on a personalized program and give you world-class coaching to allow you to work toward your goals. We have a great supportive environment that will allow you to challenge and improve yourself everyday! Our CrossFit Classes combine multiple elements and proven training methodologies to maximize your fitness potential. A challenging twenty to thirty minute workout is used to get you in shape. Our fighters use this class as part of their training regimen to get in shape for their competitions. You don't have to be a fighter to benifit from our combination of ployometrics, body weight exersises, gymnastics, speed, agility, quickness drills, olympic lifts, and high intensity training. We offer a very individualized program scaled to each person's performance needs and existing capabilities. We work with everybody to include housewives, first responders, military, professional athletes, older folks, younger folks, and build your workouts to start with what you are capable of and take you to where you need to be. CrossFit Manassas at Vanguard Gym offers an organized approach to getting you in shape. Workouts are a team function with a coach there for every class to help you with the movements, make sure you are doing everything safely, and to provide motivation.

A 24/7 Fitness Center in Maidstone, New Kent, Virginia. Workout in an energizing environment with state of the art equipment. 24/7 access for all adult members gives you more opportunities to workout, yet the facility is staffed for guidance and motivation. Certified Personal Trainers will work with you one on one to help you achieve your goals. Group Fitness Classes are held weekday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornngs. Boot Camp, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Muscle Pump and more are included in membership. Increase productivity, reduce absenteeism and energize your staff. Our Corporate Wellness programs are custom designed for your business. Therapeutic massage is available by appointment for anyone in the community. Active Life Fitness Center membership is not required.

CrossFit Zeal is the first strength and conditioning facility in the town of Holly Springs, North Carolina. We use and implement CrossFit as our principle training program simply because we have found it to be the most effective way to improve general fitness and increase the health of our athletes. All of the workouts we do use functional movements with real-world carryover. Because of this, you will not find any machines in our facility. We utilize many different sport modalities, including but not limited to: – Olympic weightlifting – Powerlifting – Kettlebell training – Gymnastics – Running/sprinting – Rowing Every time you come in to CFZ you will be put through the Workout Of the Day (WOD) by one of our certified coaches. That's it! No need to worry about what you're going to do at they gym; we take care of it all. All of our workouts are scalable, making the program ideal for any level.
