Greedy Goat Ice Cream

At Greedy Goat we make proudly British goats' milk ice cream that is packed full of flavour and fun. We started from humble beginnings serving ice cream cups and cones from our little goat shack in Borough Market. The more we scooped, the more people told us how special our ice cream was and it was this reassurance that gave us the kick up the tail-end to finally start producing our ice cream in retail appropriate packaging. After several recipe tweaks and a few packaging changes, we have come up with an ice cream product we are truly proud to bleat about. Made in Somerset from British GM free goats' milk, Greedy Goat ice cream is a dandy alternative to cows' milk ice cream. Its silky-smooth texture and delicious flavours will have you licking the jar clean every time!

Caroline's Dairy

Our multi award-winning ice creams and sorbets are hand made on our working dairy farm in West Sussex. Since launching in 2008, we've come a long way but we still make our ice cream in exactly the same method – using only the milk from our cows at Chalder Farm. Our wonderful dairy team combine this with the best natural ingredients and locally produced fruit to make over 20 delicious flavours of ice cream and four refreshing sorbets so you're bound to find a flavour that hits the spot! Our herd of beautiful dairy cows graze on the water meadows of the RSPB Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, producing rich creamy milk, which makes our luxury ice cream taste like no other. Every process from milking the cows through to the finished ice cream tub, is carried out on the farm itself by a small team of passionate ice-cream makers. Every flavour is cleverly crafted using the finest natural ingredients, made in small batches to give you the ultimate smooth luxury ice cream we're famous for. With varieties ranging from the classic Double Dairy, Belgium Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry to the exotic Sea Buckthorn and Stem Ginger, Lime & Chilli there is something to tickle all taste buds! We love creating new flavours and experimenting with ideas so look out for new seasonal specials throughout the year. Blisss

Blisss Barfi was launched in early 2016 through our social media platforms to get a feel of the market and if they would be interested in a healthy alternative to full sugar Barfi. Our Barfi is made using a traditional recipe which is passed down through generations of our family, with a few modern alterations. Having grown significantly throughout 2016 and 2017, we have been working closely with well-established caterers, event organisers as well as providing bespoke services for weddings and corporate occasions. It has been a challenging and busy period of growth and change, which has left us immensely proud and passionate about what we do which is guided by our business values.
