TruTech Valve

TruTech Valve is a US (Pennsylvania) manufacturer of Straight-Thru and Enhanced-Weir Diaphragm Valves. Diaphragm Valves are typically used for high-purity, corrosive liquids, solids laden fluids, slurry and other severe applications. These valves are unique in that the moving parts are completely isolated from the conveyed media. With a variety of options for body materials, body linings and Diaphragm materials, these valves can be utilized for most any applications. TruTech Valves offer the following advantages over the competition: - Available in ANSI B16.10 (Short body) and MSS SP-88 (Wide Body) Configuration - Designed for higher operating pressures than the competition (125 to 200 PSIG) - Wide body Interchangeable with most solid wedge, double disc, and resilient wedge gate valves as well as short pattern plug and ball valves. - Ductile Iron construction, as opposed to cast iron, reduces damage from wear and tear and improves long-term reliability. - Tru-Tech body and Duo-Flex diaphragm are designed to provide streamlined laminar flow profiles of a Venturi with minimal change in incremental cross sectional area, resulting in minimum pressure drop - Unique body design results in shorter stroke, reducing diaphragm stress and providing longer life - By design, valve delivers zero fugitive emissions.
