ABSolute Body Symmetry is a Personal Training and Group Fitness Studio that prides itself in offering affordable services through it's partnership with a variety of entrepreneurial trainers and fitness/dance instructors. ABS fitness Studio is an organic environment. We focus on the body first and add free weights, bands, ropes, TRX mounts and other fitness tools that force the body to work in a more natural manner. Nutrition is key to great health and at ABS we are serious about sharing our knowledge in a way that is both useful and easily understood. Our Goal is to take our fitness message and marry it with an environmental edge. Making people aware of the positive effects of choosing local produce and organic fare over processed and packaged foods will eventually help our communities thrive and our environment flourish.

I am also a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker and I play semi-pro baseball and do baseball tournaments throughout the year in different cities.
