Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) is a government-funded multispecialty accountable health system spread all over Saudi Arabia. The MNGHA was founded in 1982 with a vision of providing outstanding patient care to its eligible local population. The system has seen significant development and expansion across Saudi Arabia in the last few years, and it now has five medical cities, specialist hospitals, and numerous Primary Healthcare Centers. Despite its widespread geographic locations across Saudi Arabia, the organization carried out one of the largest and highly integrated deployments of a centralized Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
