BARCELONA DIGITAL RÀDIO – LA RÀDIO D'HOSTAFRANCS (www.digitalradio.cat) és una emissora sense ànim de lucre gestionada per l'Associació de la Ràdio Comunitària d'Hostafrancs (ARCH) Els fins de l'ARCH són: - Prestar serveis d'informació, comunicació local i divulgació cultural destinats específicament a la comunitat del barri d'Hostafrancs de la ciutat de Barcelona. -Col·laborar activament amb les entitats que desenvolupen activitats socials, culturals, educatives, lúdiques, esportives o de promoció econòmica i del comerç de proximitat al barri d'Hostafrancs. -Donar veu i prestar atenció preferent a l'associacionisme veïnal i a les iniciatives socials, culturals, educatives, lúdiques, esportives i aquelles destinades a la promoció del comerç de proximitat que es desenvolupin a Hostafrancs o a l'entorn urbà més proper al barri, tant les que siguin organitzades per les entitats que integren el ric teixit associatiu propi del territori, com les que impulsin el Districte de Sants-Montjuïc, els serveis centrals de l'Ajuntament o altres institucions públiques. - Reflectir la diversitat cultural, social i política del barri d'Hostafrancs i de la ciutat de Barcelona - Contribuir a la normalització lingüística del català - Reivindicar i divulgar el potencial de mitjà radiofònic, combinant tradició i innovació, com a patrimoni local i universal en l'àmbit de la comunicació.
