Hi I'm Sharon Sutton and I'm 360 coach. I have worked in the recruitment industry in some capacity since 1998, starting initially as a trainee recruitment consultant within the IT sector. I have been working as a recruitment trainer/performance coach since 2014. I work with a diverse range of recruitment clients, across sectors, including, but not limited to IT, Construction, Engineering, Legal and Finance. I deliver bespoke recruitment training and coaching in the form of workshops and one to one coaching, working with people brand new to the industry and also with more experienced consultants. I also offer coaching and mentoring to start up recruitment businesses, advising on recruitment process and best practice. What qualifies me for this work? I survived a civil war in my home country, made a life in a new land—twice—and became a successful dentist. I bought a small practice and grew it to 5X its turnover and client base and sold it at a profit. Along the way I have endured personal trials, made mistakes as I grew the business by the seat of my pants, and felt the pains of a healthcare professional and the loneliness of entrepreneurship.
