Air Light Time & Space is a membership-oriented hackerspace / makerspace / craftspace, located between the Capitol Hill and Central District neighborhoods, catering especially but not exclusively to the local burner communities. If you have a medium sized project you need workspace for, or you just need a tablesaw and drillpress for the day, we may be the right space for you.

Flipside Art Studio

We believe that creativity and self-expression go hand-in-hand and become a transformative experience. Making art should be fun and organic, not formal and indistinguishable. We want to elevate your artistic experiences and offer unique classes with contemporary twists. Flipside Art Studio offers classes, workshops, private lessons (and more!) that explore a variety of media and techniques.

First City Art Center

First City Art Center is a hands-on community art center that engages the imagination, inspires creative exploration, and cultivates economic and cultural growth for the Gulf Coast region of Pensacola. FCAC offers art classes in a variety of mediums for all ages, including ceramics, glass, sculpture, painting, drawing, youth art programs, summer camp, field trips, mentorship and internship opportunities, and outreach programs, including a mobile glassblowing studio. Gallery 1060 is also on FCAC's campus, featuring an exhibition space and cooperative studio spaces for emerging and professional artists. FCAC is actively involved in bringing art, culture, and entertainment to the people of Pensacola and the Gulf Coast region. Every day, we achieve our mission while we work diligently toward our vision. We bring people together to learn from each other; in the creative process, we unlock profound accomplishments though our ongoing collaborative work in the arts. Claire's Creative Adventures

Claire’s Creative Adventures Brings Art Education and Entertainment to the Classroom, Museum or Party! Are you a NYC family hoping to expose your children to the fascinating world of art around you or to give your child a leg up on a competitive school system? Do you have friends or family members traveling through NYC seeking a truly memorable cultural experience you all can enjoy? Claire’s Creative Adventures are unique professional artist or theme-based art projects and museum tours that are educational AND engaging! In a classroom, museum or party environment children ages 2-12 (and adults!) are introduced to modern and contemporary artists and diverse cultures based on current exhibits from the myriad of NYC museums and galleries. Art processes are demystified as we use a wide variety of mediums and techniques including: pencil, paint, clay, wood, sand, foam, paper-mache, wire, cloth, photography, animation and more. Claire’s Creative Adventures organizes all classes, parties, and museum tours and provides all of the supplies, education and entertainment while actively engaging the children in the fantastic world of art from arrival to departure. “We tried a lot of other programs and this was the best! Engine: Propelling the Creative Community

Engine's mission is to foster and integrate the arts and design, education, and sustainable creative entrepreneurialism as an explicit community value and civic priority in Biddeford. Our products include art, 3d printing, design, prototyping, art classes, art workshops, design classes, and design workshops. Engine is also home to the Compass Project and the Maine FabLab, youth and community maker programs offering experiential and project-based opportunities with traditional and digital maker-technologies.
