The Hanford Joint Union High School District serves the western half of Kings County, California, including the cities of Hanford and Armona. HJUHSD employs about 400 people and serves approximately 6,000 students at Hanford High School, Hanford West High School, Sierra Pacific High School, Earl F. Johnson High School, Hanford Night Continuation High School, and Hanford Adult School.
