Founded in 1982 in response to families seeking local services in the community, Community Living Options has been an active and prominent agency within the disability sector for over 35 years. We have built a strong reputation in person-centred active support and in using positive behaviour support frameworks to deliver support for a wide range of people with varying needs and complexities. ECHO Music Therapy

Laura Wilson MT-BC founded ECHO Music Therapy Services, LLC in September 2017 in her hometown Lee's Summit, MO. When Laura began pursuing a Music Therapy degree at the University of Kansas, she envisioned using music to help kids and adults more deeply connect and communicate with people around them. Echo Music Therapy will: Provide Evidence-Based, individualized one-on-one sessions with clients in the comfort of their homes. Provide Group sessions for adults in Assisted living communities to enhance their experiences and quality of life. Provide school based music therapy sessions to promote academic learning and development. Music Therapy is effective in both individual or group settings across all age groups. Crossroads of Michigan

Crossroads is a social service outreach agency with two locations in Detroit. Founded in 1971, Crossroads exists to support the community at large by providing emergency assistance, advocacy, and counseling to anyone in need. Acting in partnership with many other agencies, parishes, hospitals, companies and organizations in the metro area, Crossroads offers assistance in the form of a hand-up. We work with our clients to meet their immediate needs and help them assess their situations to lessen the likelihood of future problems. Our efforts are funded by foundations, individuals, and friends who are committed to bringing hope to those living on the edge of despair.

Community Addiction Services of Niagara

Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CAS-N) was established to provide access to relevant treatment resources for individuals and their families living in the Niagara Region with alcohol, drug and gambling addiction concerns. This goal is accomplished by: 1.Making the addiction treatment network accessible to the general population 2.Facilitating a match between client needs and available treatment resources through assessment and an individualized treatment plan 3.Making referrals to the continuum of addiction services (agency-provided and external) as well as to other community programs and services 4.Providing on-going support and guidance through case management and follow-up services Community Addiction Services of Niagara is committed to excellence and collaboration in the provision of a comprehensive client-centred community based service for individuals and families with addiction concerns.
