La Universidad Bolivariana suscribe una amplia gama de principios, susceptibles de ser ordenados según niveles de actuación institucional.\\En el nivel del ideario suscribe los tres principios humanistas universales:\\Justicia, Igualdad y Fraternidad.\\En el nivel epistemológico suscribe los principios de:\\holismo, complejidad y reflexividad.\\En el nivel organizacional suscribe los principios de:\\autonomía, autorreferencialidad, autocorrección y autosustentabilidad.\\En el nivel estructural suscribe los principios de:\\diferenciación e integración.\\En el nivel operatorio suscribe los principios de:\\localidad, pertinencia, oportunidad, sinergia, transdisciplinariedad, innovación y rigurosidad.\\En el nivel interaccional, suscribe los principios de:\\cooperación, ecuanimidad, solidaridad, apertura, pluralismo, ecumenismo, democracia, integración y diálogo.

The University of Ostrava is an institution which sees its role in the development of the humanities and medical, science, and artistic fields in the local region, which has been traditionally associated with industrial and technological spheres.
