Regulatory Strategy - We use economics and rigorous analysis to untangle difficult business problems. We support companies and regulators through price reviews, from developing an initial strategy through business plan and analytical support, to help in drafting the contents of the business plans and to business plan assurance and challenge. We also provide support through regulatory investigations and disputes. We advise investors on how changes in market and regulatory conditions might affect the performance of their regulated assets. We work with clients to assess the need for regulatory reform as markets evolve over time.
Net Zero Strategy - We help our clients chart a course towards New Zero, taking account of market structures and potential changes over time, as well as government policies and regulatory oversight. We assess the implications of new market opportunities and timescales required for implementation. We enable companies and countries to create the roadmaps necessary to deliver their Net Zero ambitions.
Independent Expert Review - We undertake independent reviews of the energy and utilities markets, including technology, services, regulation and competitor analysis. We provide ad-hoc and regular performance reviews. We support commercial and regulatory due diligence exercises.
