Dolphin Capital LLC is a capital provider in the secondary mortgage market, specializing in non-performing commercial mortgages which we acquire individually and in pools from sellers, both big and small. We then manage them individually, with the goal of ultimately selling the rehabilitated mortgage either in portfolios or as individual assets. We also provide capital to commercial brokers with clients who are experienced sponsor operators and cannot access capital as easily as they could a five years ago. When the client is more concerned with the availability of capital and less concerned with what it cost, we provide liquidity and get deals done.
