OUR STORY: Coffex has a rich heritage in Melbourne. Our founding goal was to deliver premium, locally roasted and, above all, the freshest coffee to baristas and coffee lovers – and we have been doing so ever since. Locally roasted in Brunswick using European machinery, Coffex is now one of the largest coffee roasters in the southern hemisphere. SOURCING: At its heart, a cup of coffee is all about the bean. Through dedication of time and research, we are on a continual quest to discover the very best coffee beans from around the world. Sourcing from over 25 countries across 4 continents, we take our time to visit and talk to our growers and sample their produce to ensure you receive the finest cup of coffee. ROASTING: Locally roasted in Brunswick, now Reservoir, we draw on more than 60+ years of experience in roasting and blending, to produce coffees of award-winning flavour. Using Traditional techniques our master roaster ensures the optimum flavours are extracted from the beans during every stage of the roasting and blending process. The impeccable end products are enjoyed by devoted coffee lovers around the world.

Billson's

The wild and wonderful story of Billson’s began waaaaay back in 1865 when Billson’s Brewery was established in beautiful Beechworth. Billson’s has seen many changes and challenges over the last 150+ years, including the temperance movement in the 1890s, a name change to Murray Breweries, and the introduction of various high quality products thanks to the exceptionally pure spring water. Fast forward to 2017 when Nathan and Felicity Cowan became the proud new owners of the dusty old brewery. It had scaled back production to several well-loved cordials and become home to a few hundred pigeons. After some big years of hard work, Billson’s is growing and thriving. It is one of the oldest continuing beverage manufacturers in Australia and employs almost 200 staff. At Billson’s, we proudly offer a range of unique drinks and exciting experiences. With 100 new products on the way over the next 12 months, we couldn’t be more excited for the next Billson’s chapter!

The Springhill Farm is very proudly a second-generation Aussie family business. Over 35 years we have be perfecting the art of everything SLICE and most recently launched our new product boodles®. Our products are made by us in our factory in Ballarat, Victoria and can be found across Australia; from 38,000 feet on a Qantas jet to as a delicious reward for those who make the very important donation of blood at Australian Red Cross Blood Donor Centres .
