Roosevelt University

Roosevelt University, a private institution founded in 1945 on the principles of inclusion and social justice, has more than 4,000 students in five colleges. With campuses in the Chicago Loop, Schaumburg, Peoria, and Lake County. Roosevelt offers 75 undergraduate and 15 graduate and doctoral programs across five colleges and online, including arts and sciences, business, performing arts, education, culinary, health sciences and pharmacy. The integration of Robert Morris University Illinois into Roosevelt was approved in March 2020. The new Roosevelt will be nationally recognized as a catalyst for students from all walks of life to receive transformational learning experiences. Students who attend the expanded University will become socially conscious citizens who thrive in a diverse and changing world. Together, both universities will build on their historic missions that honor diversity, inclusion and access to education. Saint Xavier is a comprehensive, coeducational, Catholic university sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas through the Conference for Mercy Higher Education. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1846 and chartered in 1847, Saint Xavier’s historic roots make it Chicago's oldest college and one of the first institutions of higher learning in Illinois. Founded as Saint Francis Xavier Academy for Females, Saint Xavier inaugurated college classes in 1915, became co-educational in 1969 and gained the status of a university in 1992. Continuing to grow, the University opened a second campus in Orland Park, Illinois, in 2004. Now, the University serves a diverse population of 4,000 students and offers more than 40 undergraduate degree programs and nearly 30 graduate degree program options.

Rock Valley College

Rock Valley College is located in Rockford, Illinois as a comprehensive two-year community college. RVC offers more than 100 courses for transfer, career programs and certificates. Founded in 1964, the college is part of the 48-institution Illinois Community College System.

Ross Education

Ross Education is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), a national accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Today, Ross provides Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration and Medical Assistant training in communities throughout Alabama, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia. At some of our campus locations, the Dental Assistant, Nursing, Practical Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Veterinary Assistant, and Veterinary Technician programs are also offered. Ross College also offers on-ground and online Associate Degree programs. Ross Medical Education Center/Ross College underwent a change in its corporate structure effective February 1, 2021 whereby its corporate parent entity, Ross Education Holding, LLC, converted to a Michigan nonstock, nonprofit corporation pursuant to the Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Act.
