Katwell is a technology-oriented company focus on upstream oilfield development and production. Employing approximately 75 people representing over 3 nationalities and working in more than 6 countries. Katwell provides the industry's unique products and services for well integrity, production monitoring, and completion. Katwell supplies a wide range of products and services from well integrity monitoring, production monitoring and completions to software, information management, and customized products design. Katwell has principal offices in Xi'an, Hongkong, and Dubai. The downhole video tool which Katwell has manufactured has been released in middle 2013, and so far it mainly used in Shell/Chevron oilfield/gas field of Sichuan China, and also IOOC field around Kish island of Persia gulf. It has been used for about 300 wells. The DHV tools are run with Mono-conductor 7/32" E-line up to 7500 meters(21000 ft). The DHV is HTHP, the temperature rating is 150 degree Celsius, and pressure is 15000 PSI. The DHV has combined telemetry system can transfer 150 KBPS data which is the fastest telemetry system in the world. The combination of the DHV is flexible, it can combine with GR+CCL+MIT tools + EMDS (Russian type MTT) currently, the surface power supply is by SDS Warrior system/or any surface can provide 100-150 DC. The DHV lens has a special design and coating with special oleophobic and hydrophobe layers, so it can pass oil cap and down to water zone for clear pics. Our tool is also the shortest tool in the market, the length of the tool is 1.7 m(5.5 ft) The connection is 1-3/16" UNF thread, the same as sondex, GGT, Halliburton, so you just need to have DHV sub, and it can connect with your sinker bar, cable head, and centralizers.
