DISSH blends the elegance and consciousness of natural fibres with bold, modern designs to dress for life’s milestones and everyday moments with ease and style. With careful thought around the detail and longevity of every piece, our collections arrive with the seasons but become seasonless in your wardrobe. Owner and director, Lucy Henry-Hicks comes from a family of fashion retailers and has been in the business since a young age. In 2020, Lucy became the Director of DISSH and led the brand through a major evolution, soaring the brand to new heights through global expansion, re-defining the design and manufacturing processes and cultivating the online presence to connect with a diverse and inclusive community. DISSH has grown rapidly and we now have a team of 150 people across Australia. Our vision is to empower women globally and this starts at DISSH HQ - our employees are mainly women, all doing amazing creative work to build exciting opportunities and help the brand thrive. We hope our customers are empowered when they wear DISSH, finding a brand that speaks to their values and helps them dress for who they are. Outland Denim crafts premium denim jeans designed to bring the worlds of our seamstresses and our customers closer together. We source the finest raw materials from around the world while offering sustainable employment and training opportunities to women who have experienced exploitation. We have proven that a sustainable career path and holistic approach to supporting our staff is the key to true social change in not only the lives of our staff but their families and communities. Outland Denim was founded as an avenue for the training, employment, and career progression for women who had experienced exploitation. Today we welcome employees from varying backgrounds of vulnerability and social injustice to elevate people into prosperity via opportunity, skills acquisition, living wages and education. At Outland Denim, we do business in a way that makes sense for today, tomorrow, and for future generations by employing industry-leading water and energy reducing technology, and investing into research in-house and in partnership with universities and governments around the world. We source the finest raw materials from suppliers who share in our mission and excel in social and environmental responsibility. Every button, rivet, and stitch is carefully selected by our designers with intention to minimise impact on the environment and to mitigate the risk of exploitation in our supply chain.

Urban Wear

Urban Wear opened the doors to our first store all the way back in 2007, when our Company Director was just a teen with a dream to bring streetwear fashion and a unique experience to the people of Brisbane. With more than a decade of experience up our sleeves, and a few more doors opened, we have now grown to be the first that many choose for their urban fashion needs, not just those in Australia either. Our mission is to provide our customers with an irresistible range of leading streetwear brands from Australia, NZ and the USA. We are obsessively passionate about providing our customers with a shopping experience that is easy, hassle free and unforgettable.
