EcoLoop Energy

Closed-Loop, natural gas, and compression units. 1. 0% O2 content in down-hole compressed air stream. 2. Reduction of tubular corrosion from negligible O2 levels. 3. No risk of down-hold fire from negligible O2 levels. 4. Higher flow rates than air foam units because we don't have to worry about the loss of suction pressure due to varying atmospheric pressures at different altitudes. 5. 75% reduction in BHP required for compression when compared to a nitrogen package. 6. 30% reduction in BHP required for compression when compared to an air foam unit package. 7. Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Unlike air foam or nitrogen packages, the CL-NG process eliminates the need for O2 or nitrogen venting. 8. Minimization of venting during the work over process as the CL-NG is vented straight into the sales line while tripping pip in and out of the hole, instead of venting to atmosphere. 9. With CL-NG no O2 or nitrogen is fed to transmission compressors or processing plants. 10. When combined with a high pressure super booster, CL-NG units can produce up to 5000PSIG down-hole pressure.
