Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as BCDC) was officially established on December 10th, 2005. Guided by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the former Chengkai and Tianhong groups merged to form BCDH.
