Advantage Engineering Aust Pty Ltd was established in 1958 and continues to provide products and services in the Custom Injection Moulding, Metal Pressing, Toolmaking and Assembly field and supplies Automotive, Packaging, Building, Plumbing, Pool and Transport industries.
We operate a range of Injection Moulding machines from 25 to 500 tonnes, including both horizontal and vertical machines ideal for insert moulding. The latest addition to our moulding capability is a two-barrel vertical moulder in the 80 tonne range for moulding two different materials or colours in the one process. We have extensive experience with many types of engineering plastics and precision moulding. Automotive industry standards are applied to all our products.
Our press shop runs a range of presses up to 63 tonnes. Our equipment includes traditional mechanical presses, some with auto material feeds as well as fast cycling hydraulic presses with light-screen guards, ideally suited for secondary operations.
If you require your product assembled, we can take care of it in our assembly section. A wide variety of operations can be undertaken, utilising custom assembly techniques and jigs. Performance testing of components is also carried out here.
Our fully equipped tool room provides support for the manufacturing operations by building new tooling to customer specification, and ongoing maintenance on site to reduce tooling down-time. Facilities include Spark Erosion Machines and CNC Machining.
