I am responsible to give IT support for Guest and our end users as well as set up the audio-visual equipment for events in the hotel and provide technical assistance for the banquet facilities and rooms, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: • Ensure on a monthly basis that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for banquets. • Set up and check equipment for banquet functions based on daily issue of function sheets, including removal and storage. • Carry out work as assigned in order to ensure the correct and functional set up of all functions. • Operate equipment for functions as when required. • Monthly basis that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for banquets • All outgoing and incoming equipment which have been requested for banquets outside catering are logged daily. • Carry out assignments on the ‘Preventive Maintenance Program’ • Cooperate and provide assistance with other Engineering colleagues whenever necessary and available. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside A/V control room and A/V storage room • Inspect all function room daily and breakouts area, ensuring all lights. • Working on Different Computer System for (lockers door programmer) for guest & Master Cards. • Backup all End users on monthly bases. • Backup all servers’ data on daily bases. • Displays the ability to program computers and software effectively. • Knowledge Of Opera system, Envision system, Finger Print system, Escap system, Micros system, Domain controllers and Food & Beverage system.
