An HR professional with rich experience in strategizing, designing as well as ground level implementation of various HR practices & systems. In my current role at Edelweiss Tokio, I lead the OD & Change agenda for the BFSI organization which is in the early growth phase of its lifecycle. Currently, I am moulding the culture of the organization across key aspects of agility, collaboration, behaviors and inclusiveness. In my previous role at Reliance's CHRO Office, I drove large scale org transformations across a mature and stable oil & gas manufacturing organization. Some of the major projects I worked on were implementation of OKRs, launch and adoption of Employee Experience application, revamp of program management of campus hires, design of a consolidated campus to corporate application, design of overall workforce planning framework and implementation of various practices to safeguard employees during the pandemic. I played various roles across projects such as project manager, lead, team member, trainer etc. I also had a factory stint at Reliance, where I worked on employee engagement and workforce optimization at Patalganga plant.
