I also worked as a customer service representative at DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd for a year, where I assisted customers with their queries and complaints, processed payments and refunds, and maintained inventory and records. Through these experiences, I developed my organization, communication, and deadline-oriented skills, as well as my ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations. I am an energetic, ambitious, and enthusiastic person, who is always willing to go the extra mile to complete the task with honesty and determination.
